Grace of

Consciousness

in Asana

with Patricia Walden

It is through your body that you realize you are a spark of divinity.” BKS Iyengar

Join us August 18-21st, 2022

Asana is a path where the practitioner develops knowledge of themselves – their body, mental/emotional states, and consciousness. In pranayama, one experiences a path of devotion. When practiced with intelligence, these two petals of yoga reveal a state of inner silence where consciousness can spread evenly from the outermost layers of the body to the innermost core.

Patricia first met BKS Iyengar in 1976 and has been a devoted student and beloved teacher since that time. She aspires to teach in a way where students feel seated in their hearts and fearless. Join us online for this 4-Day At-Home Retreat as Patricia guides us through practice and thoughtful discussion to awaken this flow of intelligence and bring to the surface this latent quality of grace.

This virtual gathering is designed to bring you the experience of an at home retreat and connect with the support of community. In this way, we cultivate skills and a mind-state that can nourish and sustain us and deepen our practice. Learn more about Patricia Walden.
