From the Seer to the Seen

Patricia Walden Intermediate & Advanced Retreat
August 16-18th, 2024

Join Patricia Walden, one of the senior most Iyengar teachers in the U.S., for a 3-day In-person retreat in historic Harrisville, NH. Embark on an inward journey through Patricia’s artful guidance, where students move beyond the surface layers of their physical forms. They explore the innermost self—the core of their being.

Participants will experience a journey of self-discovery, where the physical practice of asana transforms and transcends—to connect with deeper levels of existence. As practitioners delve within, the distinction between observer (the Seer) and observed (the Seen) dissolves. They become both witness and experience, unifying the tangible and the intangible.

Join us for this transformative retreat—a blend of tradition, wisdom, and inner exploration.
