The Architecture of Asana
Weekend Immersion with Kerry
June 27-28th, 2026
“A vase, like a building, like a body, has two spaces – the one that it contains and the one that surrounds it. When we begin asana, we worry about the shape of the pose…..the space that we exclude. By now we should be worrying about the space we include, the space within, for it is largely that which gives true life and beauty to the asana.” BKS Iyengar, Light on Life
While a weekly yoga class keeps us anchored, our busy routines can sometimes leave our practice feeling plateaued and our inner well undernourished. If you are ready to move beyond the routine and discover a deeper layer of vitality, this is your invitation.
A weekend immersion creates the spaciousness needed to break through boundaries and reach vibrant new depths. This summer, join Kerry to explore the precise architecture of asana alongside pratyahara (the inward turning of the senses). Far from shutting out the world, this retreat is an opportunity to cultivate the cit-akasha—the luminous, quiet space within yourself.
Why Join Us This Summer?

- Awaken Dormant Energy: Refine your physical alignment to unlock a sharper sense of strength and bodily clarity.
