Week 1 – July 17-21st / Week 2 – July 24-28th

Find out how a 5-day consecutive morning practice can be a building block to create positive change in your life. Join me Monday-Friday 7:00-8:00 am at Riverstone Studio in Peterborough, NH.

This practice is for you if you:

  • Create a launchpad for a regular practice of yoga

  • Develop physical and mental fortitude to thrive

  • Leave you feeling energized for the rest of your day (and beyond)

  • Build Community with like-minded practioners

THIS WILL BE a BASIC SEQUENCE and appropriate for ALL Levels. In week 1 we will start by developing a regular practice. Week 2 will include an additional 30 minutes for going deeper and includes short reflection/discussion. Participants can join in for one week OR both.
