Week 1 – July 18-22nd / Week 2 – July 25-29th
Find out how a 5-day consecutive morning practice can be a building block to create positive change in your life. Join me Monday-Friday (Livestream) from 8:00-9:00 am first week, 8:00-9:30 am second week .
Saturday’s optional In-person session we’ll come together for a deeper practice and reflection/discussion.

THIS WILL BE a BASIC SEQUENCE and appropriate for ALL Levels. In week 1 we will start by developing a regular practice. Week 2 will include an additional 30 minutes for going deeper and includes short reflection/discussion. Participants can join in for one week OR both.
