November 14 & 15th!

Full Body Rejuvenation! Energize your entire being, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
We are so pleased to welcome back Senior Iyengar Teacher Bobby Clennell for this invigorating workshop!

Bobby’s study of Iyengar Yoga began in 1972 in the UK—as did a 20-year career in animation. She was certified to teach by B.K.S. Iyengar in 1977, and has made subsequent trips to Pune every two years ever since.

“The profound and cathartic effect of the intensive work I’ve done with [BKS Iyengar] remains with me to this day.”

You Are as Vital and Vibrant as Your Spine is Flexible. Dispel mental tension and elevate your emotion with the side stretch poses. First, we will lengthen the torso along the sides.
