The coronavirus pandemic has pushed us, as a society, into unchartered territory.  As a consequence of this uncertainty, a mix of thoughts and emotions arises. Moments of openness shift suddenly into those of fear, sadness of loss or uncertainty. What this will mean for all of us and how long will it last?  Will I or others I know get sick or worse?


The positive side is there is a great motivation to find steadiness in this uncertainty. With limited social interruptions, there is time. We can prioritize this.


Join us for this special course designed to explore different aspects of yoga. Connect with others as we explore the stabilizing effects of a weekly Pranayama (Breath Awareness) class.
